Nose Surgery Reviews

Successful revision rhinoplasty six years after my first surgery

Six years ago, I had my first nose surgery at a hospital near home that was running a promotion, and I suffered emotionally for a very long time. They used only donated rib cartilage, but even after surgery, my nose still looked strangely blunt and bulbous, so I wasn’t happy. I also had nose filler, but the bulbous appearance remained, so I started looking into revision surgery. After being so stressed about my nose, I considered this revision my last chance and carefully compared surgeons, prioritizing the doctor’s skill and detailed consultation. After consulting Dr. Hwang Sung-oh at [Clinic A], I felt I could entrust my nose to him and decided immediately! During the consultation, he examined everything in great detail and explained one by one why the previous surgery had failed, rather than just taking a quick look and ending the consultation. He even understood why I kept feeling that my nose looked bulbous, lol. After hearing my description of the nose I wanted, he immediately picked up on the style I liked, which was amazing. He gave me a very specific plan for removing the nasal-tip filler, correcting the bulbous nose, and firmly reshaping the drooping tip, including exactly which materials to use. Even though I asked question after question because it was a revision, he explained every surgical detail professionally and kindly, which made me completely confident in his skill and sincerity. In the beginning, I took photos every day to check my nose from every angle, but later my recovery went so smoothly that I stopped worrying about it. It feels like all the years of losing sleep and suffering over my nose have finally been repaid. My blunt, stuffy-looking bulbous nose was perfectly corrected, and from the front, the contour became slim and clean. The drooping tip that I disliked became firm and defined, completely changing the overall three-dimensional appearance. It settled into a pretty shape, and I’m satisfied every time I look at it...💕💕 Having personally suffered a lot after a failed first surgery because of foreign material and a bulbous nose, I think the answer for revision surgery is to choose a highly skilled doctor who pays attention to every detail. In fact, after successfully revising my nose, I also had breast surgery here.. lol
