I had surgery at a university hospital after a nasal fracture, and perhaps because of that, my nasal obstruction became severe. Since I was having difficulty breathing, my girlfriend suggested functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty. The nasal obstruction was gradually worsening, so I trusted my girlfriend and went to a clinic. Her acquaintance recommended [Clinic A], so we went for a consultation together. I had a crooked nose and a hump as well, so I told the surgeon I wanted those issues improved too. The surgeon examined my nose carefully and confidently explained the surgical plan. They explained everything satisfactorily, from before surgery through postoperative care, which seemed to increase my trust in the surgeon. The severe nasal obstruction definitely improved after surgery, and they corrected the crooked nose while shaping everything well from the bridge to the tip. My nose had looked so large that it was all people saw on my face, but now it seems to have become a natural nose that suits my facial image.
