Nose Re-Surgery

The first hospital for full removal

It has been over 10 years since my first surgery, and my nose is silicone + septal support + septal cartilage. Earlier this year I started feeling a mild pulling or tightening sensation, and by May or June it had become worse than before, though still not unbearable. I went to the original hospital because the director is still there, and they said they could do full removal for the 1-million-won range. What do you think?? They said silicone removal, capsule removal, and cartilage rearrangement, and that there probably would not be any protrusion or step-off. I also asked again today about full sleep anesthesia, and when I asked by KakaoTalk whether they could show me what came out during my surgery, they said they could show me if I wanted.

If these symptoms appeared after 10 years, it is hard to tell whether this was a bad surgery or whether I simply used the fake nose for as long as I could. T_T If it has been this long, I wonder whether it is okay to trust them and go ahead, but if symptoms can still appear after a long period like 15 or 20 years, maybe I should pass if this is not a good surgery and go to a removal specialist instead.

For now, the original hospital has very good nostril symmetry and no visible columella scar, and the other candidate is [Clinic A].
