I had nose surgery with donated rib cartilage in November two years ago, but all of the donated rib cartilage got absorbed, so only the tip of my nose looked unnaturally dropped. So I had it done again with autologous rib cartilage last July. But the shape of my nose now is the same as after the first surgery and the revision, so it seems like the autologous rib cartilage was absorbed too. I had both the first surgery and the revision at [Clinic A]. Next week I'm planning to go to [Clinic A] for a consultation. Since a year has passed, it will probably be hard to get aftercare, right? If they say I can't get aftercare, I'm thinking I might as well shop around at other hospitals and go there instead.. Since I used autologous rib cartilage for the revision, is it not recommended to use a different material for the second revision?
