My nose tip is autologous costal cartilage with no implant. The first surgery quote was hump reduction + autologous costal cartilage at the tip + bulbous nose correction + alar fixation + columella lowering. Do you think full removal is possible? What do you think? It hasn’t even been 6 months yet, so I can’t go to consults. Should I tell the hospital that did my first surgery that I want it removed and ask how they performed the operation? I absolutely do not want a revision or anything left in my nose. I only want to go back to my soft natural nose.
