My nose was born with a naturally recessed columella. Since the topic of columella lowering came up, they say it would be done with costal cartilage, but are there any side effects or problems with columella lowering? I want to be done with total removal and not have to keep worrying about my nose anymore... I keep wavering... If anyone has information about columella lowering or knows anything, please give me some advice..
