The low bridge was lifted smoothly with silicone, and the part I was most worried about, the tip, turned out amazingㄷㄷ By building a firm support with donor costal cartilage, the tip did not droop and rose into exactly the refined look I wanted, pretty and upright, hehe. Even without alar reduction, the bulbous nose improved perfectly, which is still so surprising... Just like the surgeon said, once the tip was made more upright, the wide-looking nostrils naturally gathered into a slimmer shape?
