I had hump osteotomy + cartilage suturing + ear cartilage tip grafting with a non-open approach and no implant. It has been exactly 1 month since surgery. When I touch the tip of my nose and the columella, they still feel puffy, so the tip looking slightly upturned is bothering me (it kind of feels like a half-curved shape? The bridge is straight, but the closer it gets to the tip, the more it looks slightly lifted). The clinic said they positioned it a little higher because they expected the tip to drop, and that it will fit perfectly once the swelling goes down, but at around one month, there is still a long way to go before I can see the final result, right?
