The truth is, this was not my first nose surgery but a revision. I had tried to be satisfied with the first surgery I got at another clinic, but as time passed, I kept noticing more and more things I wished were different. I definitely had nose surgery, but to the people around me it looked so subtle that they said they could not even tell I had had a nose done, and the change in height was not the kind of result I wanted. More than anything, even after the nose surgery, it was so natural that I kept thinking there was not much difference from my pre-op photos. Especially from the front, the bulbous-nose look was still there, and from the side there was not enough definition, so every time I took photos, my nose felt disappointing. In the end, I decided on revision surgery, and this time from the start I consulted with the goal of getting a nose that was slightly glamorous but also refined and natural-looking. The surgeon explained in detail which areas needed improvement to create the result I wanted, and it matched exactly the things I had always worried about, so I trusted him. I felt like he was recommending only the surgery that was actually necessary. He also seemed very confident, which I liked. Now it has been about two months, and what I am happiest about is that my nose now has a real presence. The bulbous-nose look has improved a lot, and the tip has come to life naturally, so the center of my face looks much clearer. Before, whenever I took photos, I had to correct them first and worry about the angle of my nose, but these days that stress is almost gone. I have once again realized how important the height of the bridge and tip are And if I was going to have surgery anyway, I would not recommend making it way too natural from the very beginning.. I received more messages than expected from acquaintances asking me to recommend the clinic, so I felt kind of proud lol There is still a little residual swelling left, so I think it will get even slimmer and more polished as time goes on, but even now I am very satisfied and looking forward to it becoming even prettier over time.
