Autologous costal cartilage nose revision + epicanthoplasty, already happy after 2 weeks

After my nose surgery 11 years ago, a crooked bridge and a tip that was getting lower were stressful for me. I searched for nose revision surgery on YouTube and came across the YouTube channel of Rowell Plastic Surgery. They do a lot of nose revision surgeries, and after looking through the reviews, I saw that the tip looked beautiful, so I applied for a consultation. After visiting the hospital, I had a CT scan before the consultation. When I first spoke with the coordinator, she listened carefully to the areas I wanted improved, and during my consultation with Director Kim Jae-yoon, he also explained that my nasal bridge was crooked, asked what type of silicone had been used in my first surgery, and said that for the bridge I would need a custom 3D-made implant to get the result I wanted. He also said that the best material for the tip is autologous costal cartilage taken from my own body, and that the tip has to be crafted with the surgeon putting their whole heart into it, which gave me confidence. He understood the nose shape I wanted very well, so I decided on right-side epicanthoplasty and nose revision surgery. So the bridge was done with a custom 3D implant, and the tip was done with autologous costal cartilage. Oh, and excluding the custom implant, the price was the same as what I saw on the app, exactly as the reviews said. On the surgery date, the director kindly guided me through everything, which left a strong impression. During my first surgery, I felt awful while waking up from anesthesia and it was hard, but the operating-room nurses were also so kind, and I recovered quickly without any unpleasant feeling when waking up from anesthesia. After the nose surgery, before removing the splint, I did cold compresses and applied the medicine and ointment well to prevent inflammation, and I walked a lot. The swelling went down quickly after the stitches were removed. It has only been 2 weeks and there is still swelling, but the shape is so pretty that I am very satisfied. I had delayed and delayed revision surgery because I was worried that, after a failed first nose surgery, I would still be unhappy with the shape and have a hard time again, but the response from people around me after the revision has been good and I like the shape, so I am grateful to Director Kim. Rowell is especially famous for canthoplasty, so the epicanthoplasty is exactly to my taste haha. My first nose surgery was done at a factory-style hospital, but after having surgery at Rowell Plastic Surgery, the difference is on another level, and the director is meticulous and very nice.
