I had my first nose surgery in the provinces, and as the tip kept drooping, it looked stuffy from the side. The bridge was also set up too high, so it looked unnatural, and the area below the tip looked sunken, so overall it was an awkward nose. I had a revision with autologous rib cartilage, and while lifting the tip they also corrected the sunken area underneath. They slightly lowered the bridge too, to make it look natural. It’s been a while now, and from the side the tip is lifted, while the bridge no longer feels stiff and overly raised like before. The sunken area under the tip has also been filled in, so the overall line looks natural. The side profile is really different. The unnatural feeling is gone, and that is what I like most.
