Nose Surgery Reviews

Nose surgery because the hump bothered me

I’m writing this to update the course after my revision surgery, and the thing I’m happiest about is that my nasal congestion has improved. Before, both sides felt blocked, but now both sides are open and breathing itself feels different. I also had nostril lowering done at [Clinic A], and there was quite a bit of swelling, but as it went down my nose shape kept getting more refined, so waiting was worth it. My side profile used to look a bit harsh because of the hump, but once it was smoothed out the side line looked natural. I used to worry a lot when taking photos because of my side profile, but now that stress has eased a bit. The columella area was a little stiff, but that is also gradually loosening up, so it feels softer than before when I touch it. Because this was a revision, the swelling was a bit worse than the first time and recovery was slower, but in the end it feels like both the congestion and the appearance were addressed. Before the revision, the front and side views somehow felt mismatched, but now that feeling is gone. For people with a hump, I think it would be good to look at function as well. Just being able to breathe more comfortably makes the satisfaction level really high. I’m planning to keep posting updates.
