I had nose surgery with Dr. Choi Tae-joon at Wona, and this time the satisfaction was really on another level lol I naturally had a hump, but from the side it looked more prominent than I expected, and the tip felt blunt and droopy, so the line was not smooth. From the front too, my nose looked slightly crooked, so the balance of my face felt subtly off. On top of that, probably because of filler I had in the past, the tip had also widened, so I ended up looking into surgery. I consulted several places, and the reason I chose Wona was that the consultation felt the most realistic and not overly aggressive. I was originally a bit burdened by implants, so I said I wanted to do it without an implant, but the doctor looked at my CT with me and explained that with my current nose, if I only did an implant-free approach, there could be a risk of sagging later. So he said using autologous rib cartilage would probably be better in terms of durability and stability. What really made me trust him was the osteotomy part. Some other clinics had recommended osteotomy as well, but Dr. Choi honestly said it was not a case that absolutely needed it right now, and that I did not have to do it unnecessarily considering the cost. It actually made me trust him more because he explained only the parts that were truly needed haha
