Has anyone here had osteotomy + no-implant surgery and then had it removed??
My original nose is okay from the front, but it was a bit wide and from the side the hump was somewhat high.
On the first surgery, the width of my nose was reduced a bit with medial and lateral osteotomy, and cartilage from the ear was used for the tip. I'm curious what happens to the nose when it is removed, whether removal usually means only the tip is removed, and whether there is a severe step-off if the whole thing is removed.
Is there anyone with a similar case?? Would a CT be able to tell? T_T
