I had my first surgery with silicone + donated rib cartilage, and I want to remove it for psychological reasons and because the tip of my nose has dropped! They looked at my CT in incredibly detailed fashion, so it didn't feel like a waste of money! They started by asking exactly what I wanted, listened carefully to all my questions one by one, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand haha The anesthesiologist said they would provide sedation anesthesia, and they also guarantee aftercare for one year, and the manager was kind too. My nose is very short and a bit upturned, and I have thin skin, so they said that if I remove the silicone, they would fill the step with ear cartilage and use ear cartilage or ear fascia for the support strut. But if I'm going to keep a support strut anyway, I thought DLR, a revision-surgery specialist with a better sense of aesthetics than SSY, would be better. And since I'm still in my early 20s, I'm thinking about doing it there. If anyone has done it or knows reviews, please share T_T! Please!!
