Thinking about full removal at [Clinic A].. If I don't use Megaderm, should I give up the columellar support? (Including cost of aristocracy removal)

I've got a lot on my mind ahead of my nose surgery in June, so I'm writing this post. I need to consult at [Clinic A] and decide, so I'd really appreciate some advice. 1. Give up Megaderm -> give up columellar support and go for full removal? During the consultation, they said my nasal bridge is low, so I need Megaderm. But if Megaderm adhesions form later, isn't it really difficult to remove? Thinking about side effects and the future, I absolutely do not want to use Megaderm. But if I don't use Megaderm, it seems like I have to give up the columellar support too and go back to full removal to my original nose. Are there people here who, like me, chose full removal because they were worried about Megaderm? I'm worried that when I go back to my original nose, the loss in shape will feel too big. 2. Should I remove the aristocracy at the same time, or separately? (Cost issue) I plan to remove the aristocracy I had done before at the same time as the full removal. But the cost the hospital quoted for aristocracy removal is much higher than the average price I had in mind, so I'm surprised.. They said it's already a discounted price, but it's still pretty expensive. Even if I pay more, since I'm already going into the operating room, is it better to just finish everything at once so I only have to go through anesthesia and swelling once? Or should I just do the nose full removal first this time, then look for another hospital with a more reasonable price later and remove the aristocracy separately? Is splitting it into two surgeries to save money a foolish thing, or is it better to do it separately rather than getting overcharged?
