I'm going to remove a 12-year silicone implant~ consultation review

I went to a hospital in my neighborhood that people said was decent without thinking much and had nose surgery, saying, "Please make it natural~".. For 12 years I lived well without side effects, but after getting married and having a child, my son kept bumping into my nose and hitting it with his head.. The silicone started bothering me. Even after a long time, the weight and foreign-body sensation when lying on your side do not go away. A little while ago, a lump suddenly popped out next to the tip of my nose, and I thought it was just temporary swelling, so I waited a week, but it kept hurting, so I went to a rhinoplasty-specialized plastic surgery clinic in Sinnonhyeon. I had silicone + ear cartilage, and they said that from the glabella to the tip of the nose, it was silicone, which was not a surgery technique from 10 years ago but from 20 years ago (I was so upset.. I started to dislike the nose I had lived with for 10 years,) I got a CT scan, and they told me that the silicone could break through at any time and that the 5 mm silicone was too thick, so they explained revision surgery. They explained how my nose was with autologous costal cartilage + functional rhinoplasty, but what I was curious about was the bump next to the tip of my nose, and they said they did not know what it was!!!! Whether it was inflammation, swelling, or what!! They just said the silicone had become uneven because it was old, and since I went to an otolaryngology specialist, the thing I wanted to know was not resolved. If the silicone can protrude, then I would need revision surgery, and I did not want to pay an enormous revision cost. I just wanted to live without putting anything in, so I got hooked on the big 3 hospital [Clinic A] and went for a consultation. As soon as the director saw it, he said he knew exactly what it was, and after checking once more with ultrasound, he told me right away that it was the alar cartilage being pushed out by the silicone. I was sold right there.. At the previous hospital that said I needed revision surgery, they said the silicone had been inserted from the glabella Their tone was like "that is the old way," but here they explained why it had to be done that way. In the end, the skin had become very thin, so the silicone could break through, and I also wanted it removed, so I made a removal reservation!!! The nose with the protruding cartilage keeps hurting, so I booked surgery right away and will have surgery next week. I should be grateful I lived for more than 10 years without side effects. Is there anyone like me whose pain came from protruding alar cartilage..? They said they would reposition the cartilage, but I am worried whether it will be able to spread out well I decided right away because I liked it, but the more I read, the more worried I get because this community has so many sad reviews about this hospital I will post a review after surgery next week
