I went for consultation about eye correction and alar reduction. The doctor looked a bit tired, and as soon as the consultation started, they fired off a lot of comments before I had a chance to say anything, so I was a little flustered, but it seemed like they did identify the important points well. I said I wanted a very low line like a man's eye correction, and since a high line would not suit my face anyway, they set a low line for me on their own. For alar reduction, I had only been thinking about cartilage tying, but they told me that cartilage tying alone would not be effective for my nose and recommended combining it with tip cartilage work and hump osteotomy, which made sense to me. The coordinator was kind and explained in detail the things the doctor had quickly gone over. They also strongly emphasized the importance of aftercare.
