It’s been about a year since my nose surgery, and I really like it. I used donated costal cartilage, silicone, and ear cartilage, and my ear hurt more than the nose surgery. I wanted a natural yet glamorous look, and it came out exactly the shape I wanted haha. My friends all say it’s pretty too, and my face shape is a bit round, but after the nose surgery my face looks more three-dimensional, so it looks a bit slimmer.
