The directors here do not recommend lateral canthoplasty, and I liked how they clearly said either it can be done or it cannot. I planned to have surgery here, but they said that if I wanted nose surgery, they only handle Gore-Tex, so I ended up doing it somewhere else. Still, it seems like this would be a good place for people who want to return to a natural look after a failed previous surgery.
