The director quoted me a surgery plan for the nose that included autologous rib cartilage and alar wrinkle smoothing? The explanation was convincing, but after looking around more later, I felt like they might have been pushing for overcorrection. My septum and ear cartilage are not lacking, and because the difficulty is high, I felt disappointed that they recommended donor rib cartilage.
