I went to several places for nose consultations, but this was the only hospital that recommended osteotomy. They also pointed out functional issues, but even though I hadn’t had a CT scan done exactly, they spoke in a way that went beyond blunt honesty and felt a little rude. During the consultation, the staff member next to me didn’t do anything offensive, but I could hear a few times that they were trying to hold back laughter, so honestly I felt a bit bad. They were also the only place that recommended septal extension, and personally it didn’t feel like they paid me much attention, so it was an inattentive consultation, maybe because the doctor was tired.
