I had a nose procedure using septal cartilage in 2013. At the time, I had a dislike of silicone and of anything that looked too unnatural, so I asked for the most natural result possible with septal cartilage. I was satisfied for the first few years, but now the area under my nose has sunken in a lot, and I want to get it done again..ㅠ If possible, I recommend going with more height!
