I went to several places for nose consultations, but this was the only clinic that recommended osteotomy. They also pointed out functional aspects, but even though they hadn't taken an exact CT scan, they said things in a way that went beyond blunt honesty and felt a little rude. The staff member next to them wasn't being rude, but I could hear them holding back laughter a few times, so honestly I felt a bit bad. This was also the only clinic that recommended septal extension, and personally I didn't feel like they were paying that much attention to me, and it was a pretty careless consultation, maybe because the doctor was tired.
