I think the surgical skill is really good. I had only the tip of my nose done with septal cartilage, but it still became much higher. Even though it became much higher, there is absolutely no sign of surgery. People around me were going crazy saying how well it turned out. But I'm not quite used to the changed look, so I'm thinking about refining it a little.
