The main director was kind and gave a very detailed consultation, so I had a long consultation. They explained what would be needed and how the materials would be harvested, and so on... But there seemed to be too few people there, which made me a little puzzled, and the consultation manager also answered everything kindly. It was the only hospital that said surgery might be possible without an implant. But for every consultation they kept saying it could happen... or it might not, and that they would have to open up the nose to know. I was satisfied with the kindness and the consultation, but I also wondered whether I could really trust them with surgery. Still, overall I was satisfied considering the price.
