The doctor was kind, But the person doing the consultation was honestly the worst. She had a bob haircut and looked a bit mean. Since this was a careful eye revision surgery, I needed to consult several places, think it through carefully, and decide. After the consultation, I said I would think a little more and contact them, but she said if I did not decide right then, the reservation would be canceled immediately. She put a lot of pressure on me to decide right away... I was already emotionally worn down and thinking a lot because it was a revision surgery T_T I had dinner plans after the consultation, but I ended up being 30 minutes late because I was stuck worrying there. In the end, I did not have the revision surgery here. Ultimately, the consultation manager was not the one doing the surgery, but she explained everything in an extremely detailed way as if she were the surgeon herself, while the doctor, who was actually performing the surgery, explained things with almost no detail, so I had absolutely no trust.
