The doctor was kind, but the person handling the consultation was honestly terrible. She had short hair and looked kind of mean. This was a revision eyelid surgery, something I needed to be very careful about, so I had to get consultations at several places and think it through carefully before deciding. After the consultation, I said I needed a little more time to think and would contact them later, but I was told the reservation would be canceled immediately if I didn’t decide right then, and I was strongly pressured to decide immediately... Since it was a revision surgery already, I was struggling emotionally and had a lot to worry aboutㅠㅠ I had plans for dinner after the consultation, and I ended up being 30 minutes late because I was agonizing over it there. In the end, I did not have the revision surgery here. Ultimately, the consultation manager wasn’t the one performing the surgery, but she explained things in such minute detail as if she were the one operating, while the doctor, who was actually the one doing the surgery, explained things with no detail at all, so I had absolutely no trust in them.
