I knew that my nose type was complicated and that this would not be an easy surgery, so I went in for a consultation. The director's personality was very kind and they spoke to me like an uncle, which I really liked, but from my perspective I felt I needed a more meticulous surgery, and it seemed like the surgical method was somewhat standardized, which was disappointing. The manager was a little eager to push the booking.
