First of all, this is a hospital that also handles functional nose surgery, so they explained CT-related matters accurately and pointed out exactly which parts were needed, which helped me understand very well. The consultation manager and the main director seemed to handle things skillfully, but the staff at the front desk seemed too young and gave off the feeling that they were part-time workers.
