I had columella binding and Nose Beam, and overall it is better than before. My nose was not particularly low to begin with, so I am not dissatisfied. The front view improved subtly and the side view became slightly higher. I had 4 mm inserted. Right before surgery I asked to change it to 6 mm, but the doctor told me to use 4 mm, so that is what I did. It is a little disappointing, but since it was only the tip, I suppose it could not be helped considering the step difference; I’m not sure. The frontal improvement I wanted is not dramatic. People who want a very natural result may be satisfied. I think it became naturally and subtly prettier, but nobody around me has noticed haha. I’m getting ambitious, so I will probably have revision surgery. It does work.
