When I had my first nose surgery, they used ear cartilage, but my nose looked higher than I expected and noticeably operated on, which was disappointing. So I decided to undergo revision surgery this time.
I have always preferred a nose that naturally suits my face rather than a glamorous, high nose, so this time I wanted a natural, soft-looking nose without an artificial appearance. In particular, instead of a very pointed or sharp tip, I wanted a slightly rounded, natural shape.
