It has been 1 year and 6 months since my primary rhinoplasty. Lately I have been going through an awkward phase with my appearance, so I keep looking in the mirror, and things that normally did not bother me much keep catching my eye, making me want revision rhinoplasty••• Before surgery, I had a dorsal hump and a very drooping tip, so they shaved the hump and used donor material to raise the tip. (The preoperative CT showed that my septum was small, so they said costal cartilage would be necessary.) Looking at the postoperative shape, you know the part in the middle where the nasal bones end and the nasal cartilage begins? From there to the tip, it bulges upward again. Even immediately after surgery, the entire nose was not straight like Winter's nose; it felt bulging from the middle to the tip, so I thought it was swelling, but what is it now•••? Could the surgeon have shaved too little cartilage••·? But if more cartilage is shaved, I feel the nose might look broad rather than slender••• Anyway, the bulge and the tip also seem too pointed for my face, so I keep thinking about revision. One more thing: the bulge is severe when viewed from the left, but absent from the right, which is completely straight. If anyone in this community knows how to fix this bulge, please help me T_T
