Review six months after rhinoplasty

It has already been six months since my rhinoplasty, and it seems to have settled considerably, so I think it looks more natural and pretty. A recent acquaintance told me that if I did not say anything, they would never have guessed, and that they thought it was simply a pretty nose. I was so happy T_T (the best compliment, in my opinion). I had emphasized a refined, high nose that would look natural and not obviously done, and I think it reflects my ideal style well. Silicone nasal bridge 3 mm, septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the tip 5 mm. I heard nasal swelling should be assessed over about a year, so I probably need to keep watching it, but I do not feel swollen at all. I wonder how it is for other people and whether it will drop further... I do not want it to drop, but I am also worried it might gradually become too natural. Maybe I am just too used to it now... Still, my nose definitely is not bulky, and it does not look spread out at all compared with when I had filler. Even my boyfriend keeps saying he wants to get it done. I do not need to add much contour when doing my makeup, so I can worry less. I still do it, of course, but it does not feel like recreating my face from scratch. My face has gained dimension, so it looks less flat. I have been gaining weight lately, so I am even considering getting Mounjaro because my face may be starting to look lower...
