[Bulbous-nose rhinoplasty review] I had alar reduction and nasal-tip cartilage suturing!!

Hello! Today I’m leaving an honest review now that it has been five months since I had nasal-tip cartilage suturing and alar reduction at [Clinic A]. Before surgery, my tip was somewhat blunt and my alae were fairly wide, so I had always been concerned that my nose didn’t look very refined in photos. I also disliked how my nose seemed more prominent in pictures than in person, and it bothered me every time I took a photo. At the same time, I didn’t want an overly obvious surgical look. I wanted to improve the bulbous appearance naturally in a way that suited my original face, so after researching several places, I chose [Clinic A]. During the early postoperative period, some swelling remained, so I was both excited and curious about how the line would settle. Around month five, not only had the major swelling gone down, but the residual swelling had also decreased considerably, and the shape looked much more natural than before. The blunt tip line became neater, and the nose itself became smaller, visibly balancing and tidying my overall facial features. The reactions from people around me have been very positive; everyone says I became prettier in a natural way. It doesn’t look excessively obvious—rather, it feels more defined in a way that suits my face shape and overall mood, so my personal satisfaction is very high. I’m proud whenever I look at it because it is not excessive but is clearly improved compared with before. I hope my review can be even a little helpful to those who are concerned about a bulbous nose like mine or who want a natural change to the tip and alar reduction. Thank you!
