My crooked nasal bridge had always been a huge complex for me. My nose itself was also very small and had a drooping tip, which made my face look blank—people often told me I looked foolish. I also suffered from severe nasal congestion, perhaps because of my nasal bridge. I decided to undergo functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty. Since there are so many assembly-line clinics these days, I thought recommendations from people around me would be better than other reviews. A friend who recently had functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty recommended GNG, so I visited. During the consultation, the director had extensive experience with various rhinoplasty cases, quickly identified the functional issues in my face and a nose shape that suited me, and seemed to have a good aesthetic sense too, haha. There was no overtreatment. Since I lacked cartilage, the director explained proceeding with autologous costal cartilage, and thanks to that it seems to have turned out sturdier. I had a customized implant for the bridge, and it definitely looks natural and refined. My nasal congestion has also clearly improved, which I’m very happy about! People around me often say my nose line became beautifully natural and that my face looks brighter, haha.
