I had rhinoplasty for a bulbous nose years ago. They seem to prefer a big nose over a natural one ^^ (This is just what I felt, not a smear post or a recommendation post.) It was raised too high, so I am looking into revision surgery at another clinic~ At the time, I said I did not want it, but the doctor made an extremely objective and rational decision and put in an L-shaped silicone implant. Oh, and of course it is a different manager now, but the manager at the time was extremely, extremely rude~ And when I called with questions about the surgery, they said they would check and never called back haha good haha
