Current condition - I originally had a high and large bulbous nose, but the clinic where I had my first surgery put in an L-shaped silicone implant, so it became a suuuper big, high Pinocchio nose (if the height is lowered, the nose looks spread out from the front, and only when the Pinocchio height is maintained does the bulbous nose improve from the front.. I think bulbous noses need to be low for the cosmetic surgery effect to look goodㅠㅠ)
1. Miㅎ - Sonㅇㅇ Open approach. Septal cartilage. Ear cartilage. Silicone if needed. Very confident
2. Diㅇㅇ - Choiㅈㅎ (eye revision consultation) Said we should redo everything exactly as it was done during the first surgery.. Refreshingly direct, but the consultation ended very quickly Diㅇㅇ - Hwangㅅㅈ Donated costal cartilage. AlloDerm. Tried to accommodate everything I mentioned as much as possible. Diㅇㅇ - Songㅇㅅ Was concerned that if the nose is lowered, it could look much more spread out from the front. Very honest. No silicone needed, only costal cartilage. Eye revision is my choice~ (seems like they do not force unnecessary things)
3. Kaㄹㅁ - single-doctor clinic Seems to look at eyes well..? Pointed out an issue that only I had been thinking about privately. (Because only one eye has an uneven, lifted eye shape, recommended posterior canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty together) For the nose, honestly said it would not get much smaller. Said after opening the nose, septal cartilage, AlloDerm, ear cartilage, or mesh might be used (there are many types, but I do not know which is good)
4. Noㅈㄹ - single-doctor clinic That famous, very expensive place for closed rhinoplasty. Silicone and cartilage, or autologous costal cartilage/donated costal cartilage (prices differ). Said they would try to match my needs as much as possible. Said they would make the shape fit my face~ It felt very professional, but the director seemed low-energy and tiredㅋㅋ
5. Coㄴㅍ - single-doctor clinic Silicone. Septal cartilage. Nasal tip cartilage. Said they would trim the thick flesh. Just.. the feeling was the best
6. Coㅇ - single-doctor clinic No silicone; if septal cartilage is insufficient, they would use ear cartilage. Recommended fat/flesh removal and, uniquely, nasal ala flesh removal(?) alar base incision(?) (- Everyone, what is alar or nasal ala removal? Is it effective for a bulbous nose????) The doctor was kind and did a virtual simulation with Photoshopㅋㅋㅋ
