I had rhinoplasty a few years ago, and I liked the shape and the aftercare, so I didn’t have any major complaints. But over time, the nasal tip dropped, and it seems like the front part of the silicone tip is showing through, so I’m scheduled for revision surgery. Is rhinoplasty just not something that works in one go? Looking around me, it feels like everyone ends up doing it at least twice I’ve been gradually going for consultations at hospitals for revision rhinoplasty, but is revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage originally this expensive..? I really don’t want to do this ever again, so I’m trying to use autologous costal cartilage, but the cost is one thing, and this surgery really has to be my last one now.. Please, I just want to meet a good, highly skilled doctor and have surgery for the last time. Sigh..
