They said exercise was possible from one month afterward, so I started exercising after one month. I think the hardest part after surgery was abstaining from alcohol. Still, I am satisfied because I think the rhinoplasty result came out well.
Until the surgery, I was scared, worried, and very nervous, but I am glad it seems to have gone well with no regrets. I had rhinoplasty using osteotomy + septal cartilage + silicone.
