The black line is the post-op nose, and the white line is the nose shape before surgery. The red part is what is visible from the front. As you can see, after extending the tip of my surgical nose compared with my original nose, the nasolabial angle stayed the same, but because it was lengthened with that same angle, from the front it used to show only the bridge, but now the bridge and columella look the same, so even though the nostrils look exactly the same, it feels lifted. In a case like this, if I remove the extension, will it go back to showing only the bridge from the front like before?
