After my first surgery in 2023, my nose ended up looking like Pinocchio or a rocket, so I honestly could not even go outside and fell into depression. As soon as I reached six months, I had a revision surgery to lower it, and that became my current nose. I wanted a small, low, cute nose, but maybe because my original nose was high and droopy, it turned into a sharply high nose. Still, it was not to the point that I could not go out like before, so I just lived with it. My nose is pretty, but somehow... it does not suit my face and it does stand out. But I did not want a re-revision, so I just endured it and kept living like that. Recently, though, a step difference formed, so a shadow shows up... sigh. So I am thinking about re-revision At the hospital where I had it done before, they said my chin is receding (and I already have silicone inserted to the maximum...), so a high nose does not suit me. Would it be okay, during revision, to just remove the silicone like before...? I want a low, cute nose, and I want to lower it to about the height of the nose I photoshopped below. Would it be possible to get a nose like that just by removing it? I am worried it might get distorted if I remove it for nothing... Or would it be better to go with a light touch that just fills in the step difference? I do think my nose is pretty, but it is too sharp? And I do not like how surgical it looks, especially because I have a receding chin... The nose I want is small, round, cute, and one that does not emphasize the midface. At the first surgery, I asked them to make it look as short as possible, and it ended up like that (I asked for a straight-to-gently-curved line), so after lowering it, it became straight... Would I only get something like the look from the first surgery if I want a more feminine nose? I am so mentally overwhelmed and worn out because of my nose. Please tell me whether I should remove everything, lower it only a little, or just fix the step difference...
