Revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage, just taking selfies with the front camera

Hello :) It has already been 6 months since I had my revision rhinoplasty with Director Kim Jae-yoon at Lowell Plastic Surgery. Time really flies. I was not actually unhappy with my whole nose, but the tip always bothered me because it felt slightly crooked. Especially from the side or at a slightly turned angle, the line did not feel clean. So when I took photos, I found myself paying attention to angles, and that was a bit stressful. Since it was a revision rhinoplasty, I did not look for a large place, but this clinic definitely seems to look at things in a very delicate way. I also liked that, aside from the custom implant, the price on the app was exactly the same. So I started with the thought that I did not need a dramatic change, just that awkward part should be tidied up a bit, and because it was a revision I decided even more carefully. I used a 3D implant, SoFit, and autologous costal cartilage, with quadruple fixation, so I think I do not need to worry about the nose shape changing after surgery, which is nice. After surgery, honestly, at first the shape was not clearly visible because of the swelling, so it felt like I had to wait a bit. There was discomfort, but it was not unbearable, and I was back to daily life fairly quickly. As time passed, the swelling went down little by little, and at some point I could clearly feel, ah, this is how the line is settling. Especially after 2 to 3 months, the change was very noticeable, and now at 6 months it feels almost completely settled. Now it is just so natural that I can barely remember what my old nose looked like. It feels cleaned up without any obvious surgery look, and that is what I am happiest about. These days I just take selfies with the front camera, so it is convenient haha I deleted the app lol When old friends saw me again after a while, they did not know I had done anything and only said something had changed, which makes me feel that it turned out exactly the way I wanted, with no obvious signs, so I am very satisfied. It does not look like a dramatic change, and I think the best thing is that I just look like someone who always looked decent haha Now I have no discomfort, it feels stable when touched, and I hardly worry about shape distortion. As time passes, it feels like it settles even more naturally, so I am looking forward to what comes next! If you are thinking about revision surgery, do not rush it no matter what, and I think it is really important to find a place that will fit it to your face. In the end, I am living very satisfied with the result right now 👍
