9 days after revision rhinoplasty

It's day 9 after my revision rhinoplasty. I had a revision a year later because of the discomfort of the columella rattling in my previous nose and because I wasn't satisfied with the shape (for the columella rattling, I was told that if the columellar support is made too weak, the nose could droop, so I decided to just put up with the discomfort...) For the first surgery, I used septal cartilage for the columellar strut and cartilage repositioning to improve my upturned nose. For the revision, I used ear cartilage for tip extension and to lower the nostrils, and I added a little donated rib cartilage to prevent cartilage show-through. For now I like the side view, but the current height is good, so will it get lower more? T_T The front view looks like a little nose bulb... maybe because it's swollen, the nose looks more pressed down and longer T_T Since the upturned-nose correction was done, I guess it can't be helped, but it looks like a pig nose. Is this swelling...? Will the swelling go down enough to be noticeable? I had zero facial swelling or bruising after surgery Please share tips for reducing swelling quickly T_T Also, after the first surgery, once the columella stitches were removed, it was covered enough that concealer could hide it, but now it's so red because of scabs and blisters T_T I'm scared of scarring, please share care tips T_T My biggest worry is that there's a blue line at the tip of my nose, maybe a bruise line? The doctor says they don't see it, but maybe because I keep staring only at my nose? I can see it very clearly?? It's day 9, and I've been able to see that blue line from the day of surgery until now. Sometimes it looks lighter, sometimes darker depending on the light. Should I just keep waiting?
