For my primary surgery, I used septal cartilage, and for revision I used donated rib cartilage, but the nasal tip keeps dropping, and from the side it looks almost straight, so it’s annoying... My midface is on the long side, so I had surgery aiming for a semi-upturned to straight-with-slight-curve nose with the tip lifted quite a lot, but over time it becomes straight again I heard autologous rib cartilage is the strongest and has good support, so I’m thinking about revision surgery with autologous rib cartilage and want to look for hospitals again ㅠ It’s hard to find a hospital that handles autologous rib cartilage well, so I’m asking here.. For now, the places I’m thinking of consulting are ㅋㅂㅈ, ㅋㅅ, and ㄷㄴ, and I’ve already made a reservation at ㄷㄴ, so I’m planning to schedule the dates and visit them all together If there are hospitals famous for autologous rib revision surgery, or hospitals where you personally had it done and it turned out well, please let me know Also, for people who had surgery with autologous rib cartilage over a year ago, is your nasal tip maintaining well? I’m also curious about how much scarring there is ㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
