Autologous costal cartilage is usually more expensive, right? By about 1 million won. But at one place, autologous and donated costal cartilage cost the same. Why? And they said donated costal cartilage isn’t good quality, and that some hospitals even use animal (horse) rib cartilage. Is that real? If that’s true, isn’t it a crime? Horse rib cartilage in a human noseㅜ Could it really be true?
