I had revision rhinoplasty, but my nose length got really short and it became a chubby nose with no columella ㅠ If I get a swelling injection in the nasal tip, will it go down a bit? Please let me know.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
