For my first surgery, I had donor rib cartilage + silicone + osteotomy. Since it’s a revision surgery, I’m thinking about it a lot. They told me the options are donor rib cartilage + ear cartilage or autologous rib cartilage. Since autologous rib cartilage is sturdier and is said to cause less inflammation, it definitely has many advantages over donor rib cartilage, so I’m considering autologous rib cartilage. Would it hurt a lot if I use autologous rib cartilage...? More than anything else, I’m worried about the pain and the scar under my chest..

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
