I decided to get removal this year and had consultations at all the hospitals mentioned for removal. Since I really want to stop worrying after removal, I’m deciding between ㄱㅇㅅ and ㅅㅇ, the two hospitals that talked about also doing capsule removal. Since I’m thinking of this as my final surgery, I keep wondering whether it would be better to have surgery by an open approach so it’s clean and worry-free, or whether it would still be better to have surgery by a closed approach so there’s no scarㅠ Everyone who had surgery at these two hospitals, could you let me know how it was?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
