Highly recommended for anyone seeking a natural result. This was a revision in which silicone was replaced with MegaDerm and the existing nasal tip was lowered. I liked that no new cartilage was used, only the existing materials. I do not swell much, and my satisfaction with the nose surgery is high. Due to MegaDerm's characteristics, the swelling went down and it was gradually absorbed, making the nose lower. At three months it is already this low, so I am somewhat worried it may become much lower by around one year. I am not considering reinforcement yet.
